I was less then thrilled that my items were shipped in bubble mailers, but they arrived intact none the less. My order sat for a couple of days before it moved and then took a solid week to cross the country. I cant remember what level shipping I paid for but I remember the days of four day service from California to my location. All and all I am satisfied with Agena and I will use them again when I need to.
