Staff didn't know anything about online ag horse and pet in Ararat. The pet food not on sale as suggested for click and collect but helpful service. Purchased dog and cat bulk food disappointed I didn't get the sale. prices.

I have shopped with AIRR Wangaratta when they first opened here. I find the store has all what I need in one shop and the choices for my horses are endless and being Farmers our need for the cattle / sheep / and our dog's are plentiful. Having Leon and Jason come on board has made the transition so much easier. They know their job and being a customer from their other business they are like family to us. Nothing is to hard for them, they go out of their way to help when you ask questions about different products and try to find if they can get a certain product in for you. With a number of farm produce suppliers to shop from it comes back to basics. Honesty, integrity service and supply of products. Whilst not always the cheapest but most often reliable in supply and always ready to help and have chat. They have stayed with us on our journey and we have remained with them and now are still with them. Name change but still the same guys. Good buy when you folk took them over and a ready client base.
