Urn delivered 2 days early that gave us enough time to place my Mom's ashes before the internment & do some other planning. It arrived in perfect condition, no blemish, no ding nor scratches, wrapped in protective film. Pkg used was robust enough for shipment. Good quality product and protection plan.

They were incredibly willing to work with me personally on what I needed and sending proofs prior to creation was invaluable.
