This company provides prompt delivery and extremely competitive prices. Even during covid I expected my order to never arrive with the postal issues at the time, but received my order within a few months. In normal times now, I generally receive my order in australia within 2 to 3 weeks on normal postage. Great product with extras always thrown in. Thanks guys! 3/25/23: Maybe it was end of Jan MXL had unfortunately had some shipping problems (not nec their issue) for which many customers had major delays of their packages with fear of potential loss of them. I was one of those customers and what a pain in the A__ I must have been for them as I did not let up on my emails to them. I got the explaination needed to understand their problem, sounded as if it could happen to any online business and it appeared genuine to me. As I understand it they may of had a challenge at that time but being the #1 professional online service they truely are they made good on all those customer packages that had been part of this shipping issue. My emails were always answered and my concerns always addressed, this is an excellent sign of a business who is serious about their product and serving needs of their customers. Once they had a handle on the issue I was sent new tracking with shipping that has shown most successful international delivery outcome and not to mention it really was in my hands less than 2 weeks, like 10 days and complementary extra in good faith. I AM IMPRESSED, thet have proven themselves as #1 by adhering to a high standard of business practice and customer service.

There is not enough words to describe the amazing and wonderful job this company (ModafinilXL) is doing. This company has integrity , amazing and extremely fair prices, and customer service that does “real actual customer service.” These guys go above and beyond of what is expected of them. I was skeptical at first so I only ordered the sample pack my first time just to see if it would actually come. It took the full 12 business days but it did arrive! So I ordered a larger amount again. I had some trouble getting my payment method to go through but the customer service was very helpful and patient. They replied to all of my e mails. My second was a domestic shipment. It still took about a week to arrive. The packaging was discreet and I received more than my full order. I will continue to do business.

First time purchased and skeptical, looking up everything and anything to see if this is legit or not, like how is it delivered and do I need to be home to get it. Did not care about the money, just wanted to know if it was legit to avoid a trip down to TJ. Oh and I read all the reviews and was like..they sound legit but?? Well, I got my order and all there. I ordered recently for the first time. Email questions were answered swiftly and accurate tracking information was provided. Received the advertised discount for using Bitcoin. Bad news is the shipment was randomly searched and seized by customs. The very excellent news is that modafinilxl.com shipped the order again, with tracking, free of charge, and the second time was the charm as the shipment made it to me with no issues.

I don’t know what happened to this company - they used to be reliable and I have been a very good customer for over 4 years. My last few orders have had loads of issues but I always received. However- In early December they took 1000.00 from me and have been jerking me around ever since ( it’s been a month). They say they are sending my package but have only sent samples. And They are sending false ups tracking numbers and so it’s obvious they have no intention Of refunding me the $1k ( as promised) OR sending me the package. I feel I must warn other consumers because it’s beyond uncool. Please use another vendor so you don’t get stolen from.

Normally I order thru another vendor and have done so for 5 years. I came across this site and was enticed by the shipping claims. Placed my order here on 11/19…received tracking info 11/23 and it’s never moved. I’m pretty sure I’ll receive the product but I feel like the claims about express shipping should be removed from your website. The heading on this page got to me more than the waiting. You’re basically saying “yeah we have some negative reviews but we don’t care” I’m looking into it more but if the express option isn’t honored, customers should receive some sort of credit or discount. I had high hopes just from the shipping claims. Improve your delivery and maybe start recognizing the negative reviews to make improvements, rather than adding a statement that implies you don’t care.

ModafinilXL provided thorough tracking,and it shipped fairly quickly once it began to track. Top notch customer service, they even broke down the Modvigil box and shipped the blister packs loose on my request because I needed a smaller package to fit into my PO box without requiring a signature. I was able to get a pretty generous coupon deal from a third party coupon site too. The samples were an extra bonus although I have not tried them yet. Easily 5 stars!
