Shipping was prompt even though I am in HK I ordered the wrong size but that was my own fault I’m usually a medium so thought it would be ok but a large would have been better

Shipping was very easy. I received my products in about 10 days. The tracking was very good using the shop app

I personally had a bad experience with the service just because I wasn’t able to return the items I purchased because I tried them on. No where on the return policy does it say you can’t try them on so the fact that a customer service representative said “it had been worn” because I tried it on was a bit annoying. Maybe try being a bit more realistic with allowing return and improve the quality of the shirts a bit more just because I’ve bought some for way cheaper and the same quality.
