Holly was incredibly rude and condescending to my BCBS representative and refused to believe or actually verify that I was insurance eligible to receive the pump I was attempting to order. What came a shock to neither myself or my insurance company, I was eligible for the pump I was trying to order and was reimbursed in full after I had to order outside of insurance. If this was strictly a policy issue, I would have had no issue, but because it was absolutely "impossible" for my insurance to be as good as the insurance company representative was stating, I had to spend several hours gathering documentation and justifying why on earth the breast pump company wouldn't have just ordered it. I hope that someday I have the level of confidence and condescension towards others that comes from thinking I'm the smartest one in every room I'm in, but apparently that only comes from "shipping 50 thousand breast pumps a month, and never seeing that before."
