I have one of the original Steps and thought - why would I need a new one? Aren’t they basically the same? But I liked the idea of the locking risers (I’m 60 and sometimes my foot hits the step instead of clearing it which can cause instability). Plus - it’s pink! It’s odd to say but the step has a different “feeling” and it somehow “feels” better when I use it. I also had a problem with my original order and when I reached out to customer service they remedied it immediately! I couldn’t be happier. Both shipments arrived quickly and were well packaged.
