Shipping was pretty fast considering I am in Canada. I was kept informed each step of the way. All in all it was a great experience.

I have emailed twice with no response about a candle that came damaged. The first candle I ordered came damaged and this was supposed to be the replacement candle. It’s missing a wick, more importantly I am just frustrated with the lack of response.
