I have been struggling with my skin since coming off the pill 2 years ago. I have oily skin and get spots on my forehead, around my chin and on my cheeks. Then the hyperpigmentation from them lasts for weeks. I decided to try these supplements instead of going on roaccutane and I am really glad that I did ! After 4-6 weeks of taking 3 pills a day consistently, my skin improved drastically. I noticed my spots healed a lot quicker and my face felt so much smoother. I eventually stopped getting as many new spots and now only get one or 2 depending on the time of the month. I feel so relieved that something has actually worked for me. . finally!
