Order was pulled and shipped quickly. Delivery was on time and inconspicuously packed. The product was not as ordered. It was the wrong color. Discussed matter with Jake. He was professional but suggested the two products are the same item. They are not. He refunded the purchase price.

The overall experience was fine. It’s an amazing product but the shipping was a nightmare. I don’t know if I can totally blame the company for the shipping issues but it showed up almost 6 days later than the estimated delivery date. When I contacted the customer service they said just wait a couple more day and it should be there. Pretty frustrating.
