I had a great day at adult bliss this morning . I'm a great fan of butt plugs and the shop has a great range of toys to choose from . I really appreciated the help I received and especially the stockings she was wearing . I'm all abuzz with my new toy and I love the feeling of being full .

Monique makes us feel very comfortable when shopping for toys and products. We are a couple in our early 50's and love spicing things up! This shop definitely puts a smile on our faces.

A great store, there is a great variety of toys in the downstairs area, then upstairs is a good selection of lingerie and costumes. The staff are very friendly and they have a loyalty program that rewards you nicely. Happy shopping!

Normally when I go to stores like this, I'm incredibly anxious. I walked in anxious, the staff member was cheerful and happy to leave me to browse and find my feet. The store was playing very relaxed music which helped anxiety, and instead of being rows of cheap plastic packaging like previous experiences, it was laid out with high-quality products displayed like a true boutique. I was all too happy to sign up for rewards when asked, and I'll definitely be back! I'm glad I'll never be anxious about a shop again!

Go beyond for their customers, in a few occasions for me as a customer. Location is small but felt comfortable browsing. Love the customer service, advice and product knowledge their staff have. Absolutely support the fact that they are the only shop in SA that recycle broken products as in vibrators reducing landfill wastage. . . . So a big 5🌟 rating from me

I've always had a great experience at this shop. Super friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to help out and chat. Really good selection of products sold by a team who are super knowledgeable about what they stock. Amazing member rewards program and a discrete service too. Simon was so helpful and respectful. Normally feel uneasy/uncomfortable going into Adult stores but i will definitely be returning to Adult Bliss. Felt so welcomed and respected whilst feeling overwhelmed while browsing the many choices Adult Bliss has on offer (seriously so many choices). I was so lost on what to purchase and his recommendations and advise made the choice far easier and definitely made for an enjoyable evening.

Went in today. felt a little out of place. But the staff was very friendly and nice. Will absolutely be shopping here again. 10/10 recommend.
