The entire ADSR site and their staff feel kinda messy and not serious at all. The support can't help you out with payment problems. Far too many of the tutorials/courses are very unprofessional and the 'tutors' don't seem to have any actual knowledge about sound design or mixing. The only reason for signing up to ADSR would be Echo Sound Works, he's awesome and deserves some recognition!

Your site is terribly slow and extremely disorganized. Your prices change without notice (tech support explained that the vendor did it -- not an excuse! your name is on the door). Almost everything I've downloaded, purchased or free samples, was encrypted in some way. Trying to back them up was a nightmare. I had to go into the file properties and remove the encryption. Most of your collections are just a bunch of random videos thrown under the heading of 'Master Class'. That's just what I can think of off the top of my head. It's clear that you don't have it together either from an organizational/customer service perspective nor from a technical one. I want to like doing business with you, I really do. I sense that there's quite a bit of gold buried in the mess. But almost every interaction that I've had with the site has been difficult, time-consuming and frustrating. Thanks for the opportunity to give you feedback. If you'd like any help, I've owned my own software development company and built several web sites, including one for a TV show. I can probably help.

It would be amazing if you could click on a presenter you like and see their courses in folders. At the moment it's just EVERY single video, most of which are part of a course. I want to see a presenter and see their courses. Hope that makes sense. An app would also be great, it's a bit of pain to log in and watch / search etc on the phone at the moment. Also the general UX isn't as good as sonicacademy, but your content is better though :-)

I find ADSR a great place to get stuff and learn but the reason for docking one star is the confusion I have with ADSRSounds and ADSRCourses, when siging in, as it appears I needed two different sign in's, that is of course unless I set it all up wrong. That said, I like the site and service, well done!

top tutorial!

ADSR has short and concise videos that are really helpful for any level of producers. I'm currently subscribed to Sonic Academy, but i'm really keen to give ADSR courses a try as they offer something different from the other online tutorial services. :)

ADSR is the main factor on my Reaktor learning. I bought the Reactor courses I and II from them last year and so I can say I'm proud about my skills. ADSR is a must in courses and video tutorials about many audio softwares and music theory! Thanks guys!!! :)

Dubstep presets are less , i would love to work for adsr as i have currently many new presets for serum. I have sent a demo to help desk but those were just 23 presets i made out of 100 in just a week . I really love adsr presets they have quality and it needs to spread . Adsr needs more Dubstep presets and sounds and ill be very happy to help.

Like I suppose everybody else I was amazed and excited by the current ADSR giveaway of 1 GB of samples as part of a wonderful competition with a glittering list of software prizes. So I entered! But then I couldn't see a link for where one could source the 1 GB of samples. I emailed ADSR and got a prompt and friendly response, a link, and am now sounding away.

Many years ago when I start producing there was nothing like ADSR, all produccion secrets and sound designing knowledge where only for sound engineers!! I love ADSR they have bring all this knowledge to people all over the world who can not acces and engineer degree. Thanks ADSR you guys rock!!
