I used to be a fan of this company, but I have lately found that their customer service is lacking. They sent me a crown that I ordered on launch night that was broken when I reached out to the company. They told me that it had sold out, which wasn’t the case because they had three in reserve and they chose to sell them after the sellout for a profit and customer service offered no solution.
