Tracking was great and shipped in excellent condition. It was left on my front steps which was ok since I live in a safe neighborhood. I couldn't find the option to pick up from courier. I ordered it in store from Montreal and had it shipped to my home in Alberta to save on taxes.

I ordered a single huggie and noticed that i chose yellow instead of white gold on a Sunday. I immediately checked after confirming the order if i could change it but not possible. I then sent an email and left a message on the website to change it when the office opens assuming that nothing will be processed until then. I only heard back on Tuesday and that s change was not possible anymore. Although disappointed i do like the biggie once it arrived. But in white gold would have been better.
