I paid for expedited shipping however the handler was delayed and got a refund for the shipping fee. My package then never moved after picked up, contacted customer support again, after a quick investigation my package was then considered lost in transition. I was quickly issued a replacement that was shipped out the next day. Even though I have received my items late as it was for a gift, because of customer support I’m giving it a 5 stars because everything was handled professionally and quick within a few texts!
