This piece is the perfect size, lays flat, there’s minimal space between diamonds allowing for a uniform look, and a beautiful and secure clasp. People often worry about diamonds catching on clothes and materials but that hasn’t happened to me at all. I haven’t taken it off since purchasing and love it as an every day staple.

Unfortunately, my in-store experience was disappointing. I visited on a random Thursday during the day when there was very little foot traffic, and I already knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. A sales associate let me know that she could help me, but I ended up waiting close to 45 minutes just to complete my purchase, despite there appearing to be several other associates available. I understand that associates may work on commission and want to provide a personalized experience from start to finish, but as a customer who knew exactly what I wanted, I would have appreciated some flexibility. If one associate is tied up, another available team member should be able to step in and help complete a straightforward transaction. I enjoy Mejuri and its products, but the checkout experience should feel efficient and attentive—especially during a quiet weekday. Unfortunately, this visit made what should have been a quick and enjoyable purchase unnecessarily frustrating.
