Customer service followed up immediately after I placed my order online to make sure everything was correct. They explained when the ring was ready it would be shipped overnight. The ring was ready in the timeframe they estimated. They shipped the ring overnight and sent me a notification. Thr next day it arrived and was just as expected. Great service.

2.8ct Cushion, G Color, VS1 Clarity. Excellent Cut, Symmetry and Polish. 18k yellow gold halo setting with pavé band. She absolute adores it. It’s got tons of sparkle and crazy fire. Every guy I’ve showed at work (I work in a high paying trade) has been super impressed. It’s been called a rock so many times by my friends and hers. Her best friend, who will be a bridesmaid said “OMG, it looks like a disco ball!” I think it’s an apt comment. The combination of diamonds available, the settings and the prices sold me. The customer service really impressed me. I have a new jeweler.

I just received my Adiamor lab-grown pear-cut diamond ring and I am over the moon! It's beautiful and the quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical and you can tell the unparalleled care that's been put into creating this ring. I also appreciate how communicative and professional the Adiamor team is, they are truly a pleasure to work with. In the past I've purchased lab diamond rings from Brilliant Earth, Ritani, and Rare Carat before and none have compared to Adiamor! There were always issues like very obviously asymmetrical prongs and a center stone that became loose/rotating within the setting after just 1 wear, and it always baffled me how none of these online retailers could ever get it right, but I am so glad and feel so lucky to have found Adiamor. I'll surely be a customer for life and will buy from them again in the future.

Beautiful diamond. The setting is exactly what I was looking for. From the time I ordered I received order confirmation, then I received an email with the shipping estimate. No other communications. I called because on previous orders I was notified of the shipping during the estimate time. In other words my order didn’t ship when they said and my order did not ship overnight, and was informed I’d have to pay more for the overnight because it was being shipped over the weekend. The product itself is beautiful, this was my second purchase from them
