Awful hair wouldn’t repurchase spent over £400 to lose half the hair within less than a week I’ve had it. Knotty and completely awful use to love the brand but has put me off entirely, losing hundreds of strands from just touching my hair . . not normal

Very disappointed with my order, it is not at all like in the picture, I expected a sleek bun but I got something very big, wavy and impossible to style - what am I supposed to do with it now?

This is my 3rd set purchased. My last set lasted me a year. Soft, silky and thick and the thin band blends in seamlessly. The clips are secure and don’t slide from your hair. I can wear them all day not having to adjust them.

I have recently ordered hair extensions from your website and I must say I am extremely disappointed. When the extensions got wet in the rain, they became very dry and damaged immediately. I have tried washing them, putting oil and even took it to my hairdressers to try and fix but nothing worked and I have only wasted money. I have contacted the customer support team regarding this and they were not helpful at all - continually saying to use the guide provided to make the hair look better and then telling me that the extensions I have ordered were poor quality to start with. I do feel that I went above and beyond to fix it. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

The hair quality on the 2 items I ordered (bun and wavy wrap) appeared good and both were easy to use, however neither matched the colour in their photos. Both were much yellower. As such I returned the bun and decided to keep the wrap and try to tone it as it was in the sale. Customer service responded quickly and were polite and helpful and I had no issues returning.
