The service and shipping are fantastic! The products themselves I'm incredibly disappointed with. The "super absorbent" dressings are anything but. They absorb almost nothing and cause skin maceration due to the skin being wet constantly. The foam dressings absorb some but it is not locked into the dressing at all. It runs out of the bottom of the foam in seemingly any application. The hydrogel dressings separate from the adhesive and do not create a sealed environment at all. Overall, highly disappointed and would very much like to return the supplies I still have. Wound Care supplies are expensive and I don't have an extra 100$ to spend on dressings that I can't use
