I just finished my 10 day cleanse. . the first 3 days were fine. Hardest part was not finishing my boys’ meals for them lol. The protein is disgusting and I only drank it when I absolutely needed to. After day 3 it started getting harder for me and I was so hungry. Got extremely light headed and felt weak days 4-6 from not eating my normal amount of protein I’m assuming? By day 8 I was over it. Overall, I feel good, I lost 7 lbs and don’t feel as bloated. Would I do it again. . ? Maybe in a year.

I take 2 pills about an hour before bedtime. I can feel my body relaxing during this time. They help me fall asleep.
