Have bought from them several times. Shipments come on time. The post office "lost" one of the items from one shipment. Called customer service, a human answered the phone right away, and he arranged for a replacement item to be sent. So many other gun-related companies nowadays either refuse to let you call them or, if you do call, you only get a useless recording.
