One time we didn’t receive
One time we didn’t receive our order (once in 4 years of diapering my children with Abby&Finn) and that one time, we e-mailed the company to let them know….this is what happened: They immediately reached out to us and apologized for the mistake. Then they reimbursed our money and sent us a double shipment for free. Seriously! The best customer service. The customer service along with the quality products and pricing kept us coming back for 4 years and multiple children!

The best diapers we've found and the delivery service is amazing!
These are - hands down- the best diapers we've ever used. Our little one has never had a rash, there is no weird synthetic fragrance or chemical smell, these diapers hold an absurd amount of pee and poo. We've tried other brands and nothing compares. We are so luck we found this option early! The subscription part of it all is easy, super adjustable and we've never had any delays or hiccups. Couldn't be happier with Abby & Finn!

I was searching for diapers that were not made in China, and didn’t have all the nasty chemicals in them. I’m SO happy I found Abby and Finn! The diapers have great absorption, have clean ingredients, don’t stink like chemicals like other diapers, are affordable, and the patterns are adorable! Will definitely recommend to others and continue to buy for my daughter.

The shipping is always fast and efficient! Mine come every 4 weeks just as I'm running out! Saves the Hassel of running to the store and I never run out of diapers.
