I have been using the products since they launched & have ordered numerous times! I love that they are natural. My hair is very fine and goes through seasonal shedding these days. Always easy to order products. Shipping takes longer than expected (> 1 week) so don't wait last minute to restock! Wish they had the balancing serum in stock more often. I always seem to run out and it's never in stock.
