I absolutely love my wig! It looks so natural, the length is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. A special thank you to Asha at the reception who made me feel so comfortable while I tried on different wigs. She was welcoming and charming! I would also like to thank Tkeyha for fitting my wig on the day. She explained every step of the process clearly and even helped me practice putting the wig on myself. Her service was highly professional, with great attention to detail. If even a single hair was out of place, she would go back and fix it.

Absolutely gorgeous wig! I get a lot of compliments on it especially in regards to how natural it looks. I've had this wig now for the last two years and it's still going strong! Highly recommended

I love this hair so much I bought it again but this time I’m going to their salon to get it done *I will post the picture when I do * but I love this wig it’s so full and soft , it doesn’t shed a lot like a lot of other curl hair. Briana 5x5 closure wig is great so far. Trimmed it shorter. The removable band is an appreciated change! Those older permanent bands lose their elasticity really quick. Treat the wigs gently especially the hairline and they will serve you well. Love the hair quality. I will try to attach photo.

There was confusion about my appointment. I made my appointment online and received a confirmation email and another the day before. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. I showed Adele my email and she was just as confused as I was. They worked me in as soon as possible and I'm so grateful for that. I had a sew-in weave and I'm so happy with it. The person who did my hair is Oneida! My first wig purchase was when they did pop-up shops in the US and I was lucky enough to go and purchase 2 wigs.
