Received merchandise as ordered in a timely manner. Shipping was a bit weird because the item was rather small mailed in a huge box which made shipping costs more than the item purchased.

Quick and easy ordering and shipping, product exceeds expectation. Did need to reset this unit in order to get it to connect to our internet. Perhaps a note could be added to the instructions to help others troubleshoot that issue too.
