Ivan is amazing there! I had to pick up my meal only but chatting with Ivan made me buy supplements as well. He helped me with a smile. Definitely recommend Ivan

I stopped at the Transit Rd location for the 1st time. I spoke with Musab. He was helpful and knowledgeable with every question I had. I purchased dinners, a soup and desert to try. All the food is delicious and easy to heat. I was looking for fast dinners and able to fit into my food plan. The deserts are also really delicious and fit into your food plan. I'm definitely stopping by again.

I’ve tried a lot of 95meals. They are all pretty good but I just tried the shrimp scampi and I reheated the shrimp in the air fryer!! Sooo good! Restaurant quality! Def getting that one again!

First time going into 95 Nutrition in Williamsville and I was greeted by Taylor and Tracy. Both knowledgeable and helpful explaining the types of food, buying in store, rotating menu, ect. Will be back in the near future.

I am a weight watcher and had heard about 95 nutrition at our meetings. I am single and having prepared meals on hand when I don’t feel like cooking is a treat. I’ve gone to the Transit Road location and spoke with Trey. He was helpful in making suggestions based on my questions. I’ve had a couple of the pancake flavors and the pancakes are great. Tonight I had my first entrée which was the Applewood Chicken with sweet potato. It was outstanding. It is definitely going on my favorites list. I’ve already looked at next weeks menu and made note of several items I would like to try. Having the nutritional breakdown helps me stay on track.

I have been interested in meal prep for a while now and I have heard nothing but good things about 95 Nutrition. After visiting the website I decided that it was time to stop in at a nearby location to check them out in person. I was pleasantly greeted by Musab, who was a very knowledgeable staff member who gave me a complete rundown of everything that they offer and answered all of my questions in detail. He set me up with a sample pack, so that I could try the product for a full day to find if it’s right for me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the meals that I purchased. Everything was amazing! High quality ingredients and perfect portion sizes whether you are male or female. Excellent nutrition on a daily basis made easy and the food tastes incredible! They also have a new menu every week. You just cannot go wrong. I will definitely be back to begin ordering weekly meal prep from 95 Nutrition. Simply the best!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Tracy was great, offering recommendations. The food exceeded my expectations. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried so far. I’m a big fan and a new repeat customer and will keep sharing the word.

Williamsville is my favorite location by far. Colin is always such a bright spot in my day! He always remembers what I like & is incredibly friendly and professional every time I stop in!

Logan was great. He explained how everything worked. The smoothie he made was delicious.

Staff is always very welcoming and every time asks if if need assistance. Jackie approached me when she realized I had my hands full offering help to take my meals to the counter while I continued to browse…overall great experience always!

Karlie at 95 in Williamsville was SOOO friendly and helpful. The lemon butter cod and the German chocolate cake has been my go to meal and snack lately and she was more than willing to go to the back and check for more when the front was out. She was easy to converse with and didn’t just try to get me in and out and quick as possible

Very nice place however the food did not taste good at all… I will give a second try with the new weekly menu but the chicken and ground turkey are not good to me
