Ran into a problem with tens unit - a plastic piece that apparently supports the power input jack looks like it collapsed (how does that happen?? ) and now cannot insert the power adapter. Unit ran great until battery died but expensive to replace battery. Company responsive but unit is several years old so I’m out of luck. Update: company refuses to refund for returned replacement charger. Appears I am still out luck. Customer always loses

Update 21. 03 Der Support hat 5 Sterne verdient (deswegen ändere ich meine Bewertung von 2 auf 4 Sterne) und hat mir eine neue Docking Station geschickt. Jetzt klappt alles wieder. Ich habe seit Ende 2023 das Compex SP 8. 0. Das Gerät ist ganz gut, doch die Docking Station ist eine echte Katastrophe! Die filigranen Pins für die Module bleiben gerne mal "hängen", dann laden die Module nicht mehr auf: Es ist immer ein Gefrickel, dass alle vier auch den Kontakt haben und laden. Gestern lädt plötzlich gar nichts mehr, genau 2 Monate ausserhalb der Garantiezeit, wunderbar und eine neue Station kosten 200 Euro, echt lachhaft, alles völlig überteuert und kann es nicht mehr empfehlen
