Suggestions du service technique tres claires et utiles. Commande d'un piece de rechange online tres facile. Quelque soucis avec l'expedition du materiel.

Bought the Compex mini after my physio using it on my triceps. I now use it for multiple areas of my body. It’s working wonders for my injuries. Lacerated triceps and a very serious knee injury with atrophy in my quadriceps after a serious accident. This little beast is perfect for my needs and worth the money I paid. Only thing I can say isn’t very good is the gel pads wear quicker than they say. 5 or 6 times ‘used’ at best so far.

Jag har använt Compex maskiner under lång tid och alltid varit mycket nöjd. Men så köpte jag ett Corebelt och det gick inte att få dess blue tooth att funka. Jag fick byta den men uppenbart har ni inte kollat om den funkar, för det gjorde den inte. När jag då bad om hjälp för att klura ut vad som kan vara problemet så fick jag ingen hjälp med det. Av den som tydligen kunde svara fick jag inte ens svar. Efter flera påstötningar om svar så resulterade det i att jag fick uppmaningen att häva köpet, vilket jag gjorde. Men trots att de levererar en produkt så förväntar de sig att jag ska betala returen själv. Usel kundservice!

Das Gerät überzeugt qualitativ und auch vom Design. User Manuals könnten besser sein. Besonders bei der Benutzung vom MI-Sensor ist die Anwendung unklar.

After contacting Compex, they are sending me a replacement since the first massager didn't work. They were very good to work with. I have been told the replacement is in the mail. Fingers crossed.
