Despite being a loyal Tweezerman customer and ordering these replacement blades twice before, when this shipment was lost by USPS, the company didn’t offer me a refund or a replacement. Instead, they pointed to their shipping policy and informed me that I would need to file a claim with USPS. Good luck with that! I guess I’ll have to find another company to order my facial razors from.
