Very poor post-sales customer service.

I ordered these tweezers and they were quite pricey but I needed some good tweezers but to my dismay these tweezers are blunt. So I am not happy with these.

Good choice of products, specifically tweezers.

Very good! My first ever eyelash curler, very easy to use and the curls stay for a few hours. Woud recommend!

Very disappointed in these tweezers. I have always used tweezerman tweezers in the past & thought I’d buy a new pair so that I had a pair at home & one to keep in my handbag. Sadly these are not very good. They seem to snap & break the hair before I get to pull it out. I stopped using them & just use my old pair. It’s put me off buying more & due to that I can’t recommend them.
