Chocolates and ice packs arrived melted. Reached out to Customer Service and issue was resolved.

While there was a good attempt made to prevent the chocolate from melting in transit, it still arrived completely melted. It's a great product, I just wish there was a better way to ship it.

Overall, this is a great company! But they need to sort out this issue with chocolate melting.

Those vegan chocolate are well made and ships wonderfully when it came here pretty fast. Making the vegan treats like the chocolate is the reason I'm trying to get out of the sugary products and because these boring ordinary candies has a little to no tastes now when I grew out of it.
