The product was shipped quickly but Nebraska Omaha hub has a problem with loosing items off the conveyor belt! It was in Omaha for about 4 days. . but it got here and you did a great job. You have no control over USPS

Was a bit confused on the website, not sure if I was purchasing the right thing. I ended up with a lipgloss that is not the colour that I wanted. But there was no information sent to me to see if I can return this.
