Product works well, especially after a warm shower. Just need to make sure to wash hands well with warm water and soap at least 3 times and if you put it on your legs, put your undies on first so you don’t drag it up to your nether regions. Not a good look.

This would have to be the single best foam roller and 'inner' knot untangler I have had the joy of discovering and using. As someone who travels a lot I find the lightweight and compact qualities a lifesaver when I'm on the road for my day day work activities.
