As I already stated, this item was absolutely wrong in every aspect. Size, Color, Style and Quality fell far under par. I am waiting to see how the other item looks. . . as I have not yet received what has been stated. . . has been shipped and delivered. I am now told that you used a separate shipping for the black coat. we'll see!

You did not send me what I ordered and paid for. I spoke to customer service yesterday and told them I only recieved a hat. Nothing else but a hat. On top of that, your customer service representative told me that she had other calls to answer and hung up. Your customer service rep, told me to email pictures of the box that was delivered. She tried telling me that the order was delivered and complete. I am a 3rd grade teacher and was planing on wearing it on Halloween and then as Molalla City Council President, I was planning on wearing it that evening at the city’s downtown trick or treat bathing for the kids. Bottom line I am out $289. 00 dollars, I don’t have a costume for Halloween, and I am very disappointed that I wasted my money on your company. I have been scammed!

There jackets run 2 sizes smaller based upon US measurements. While the jacket was nice, I have been trying to return it and have only been offered a $40 discount on my order, rather than provide return and full refund return instructions….
