Everthing came without a hitch

Item was packed well. No issues. Shipping speed was OK, not super fast.

The wood was warped and the two bolt rails were way further than 19” apart when I first received this, I called their tech support and they urged me to call back the next day (it was a Sunday). Rather than risk sending it back and having them send me the exact same things, I read some reviews of this online with others complaining of the same with some suggestions. I ended up loosening both rails and essentially fighting this box for an hour to get my first piece of equipment in. Due to the warped wood, I had to fight for another hour to get the other two units in. I do not recommend

For the cost of these lights and their performance, makes them awesome. If the case was a little more solid it would be an easy five start

Order was received and was incorrect. I ordered two of the same board and received one correct board and one that was completely different and used. I returned the incorrect piece and am waiting for replacement.

Love this unit. Operates as it should. However the installation instructions explained I needed to gently remove the trim ring for installation. It was not easy at all in fact it was extremely difficult and required several trim tools to get it to come off. Something’s not right there.

This thing rocks! Was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, and because of the low price, but this unit did not disappoint. Easy to install, easy to program, and connect. I have it hooked up to 4 Wet Sounds speakers, and the bass is good, volume is good. You do get more sound with the Loud Off/On button on. Happy with this purchase.
