The new lenses didn’t fit my frames I’ve had for about 5 years. I contact support and they say “Lenses and frames have been upgraded and you can purchase a whole new pair. ” Customer service sucks, and they don’t value customers of many years apparently. The whole point to begin with is being able to keep the frames and replace the lenses! Now I have lenses that don’t fit the frame I’ve got.
