I just wanted to say that 3DHubs has done an excellent job trying to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I purchased 2 TC nozzles from Phaetus and one of them disassembled while trying to remove the nozzle. I sent them an email regarding my concerns and they immediately shipped me a replacement no questions asked. They responded quickly and were very helpful. However, even after following the Phaetus Torque specs, the replacement nozzle also disassembled. So basically once you install these nozzles, good luck trying to remove them. As disappointed I am about the very expensive nozzles being useless, 3DHubs has been a great company to work with.
