The only snag was the length of time it took to receive the product, probably not your fault it was damaged and you had to send a second package

Ease or ordering was great! They were shipped quickly which I was impressed with! It seems like everything takes so much longer these days. I ordered during the holidays and received them just a few days later!

The rounds are good tasting, but again broken in pieces and smashed also.

Shipping was a little slow, but it is the Holiday Season and they were worth the wait.

Shipping time was pretty quick. Overall great experience so far. I have not had to deal with customer service.

I ordered the variety pack and the apple pie flavor!! I can't wait to get into them.
