I’ve bought three retractable banners from nycsignsbanners. Recently two of the banners started coming a loose. I bought a banner recently in Oct 2021 it’s now end of Nov 2021 and the banner is falling apart; the banner came off of the top metal bar and doesn’t roll into the bottom metal part without assistance. I’m disappointed because I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve referred numerous people here but the quality seems to be deteriorating.

Be it customer service, the print team, or the timeliness, they are great with everything. Fast, great quality, great communication! My original pdf was not going to look good so they had me send in a larger file. It looks amazing!

I ordered my step and repeat banner at 3pm and had it by noon the very next day! Not only that but the produce quality products. I was hesitant to order online because I was't sure if I'd have it in time for my event that weekend. I could't have been happier when it showed up the next day. Granted I am also in Southern California but they still have super short production times and ship the very same day.

Ordering and receiving was super easy and fast. The banner was very light and almost not usable. Would have appreciated if I was alerted.
