I canceled OstemoMD and they keep billing and sending me. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend, I have two unopened boxes that were delivered after I cancelled. I ordered one time purchase and they put in as a subscriber

Worst service ever received

I’ve only taken this product for a month and a half. Will not know if it built my bones until the next DEXA scan. However, the customer service is amazing.

The service from this company is great. My medication always arrives in plenty of time so I never need to worry about running out.

KrillMD has improved my knee function and pain so much. Great product! Had a slight issue with an order due to shipping damage and customer service responded promptly and replaced the items with an issue right away. Very prompt, courteous and sincerely intent on making it right. Thank you!!

The product was ok but we got our wires crossed somehow and I recieved it twice. Customer service was real friendly and got the matter taken care of. I will probably buy it again later on

This is something that I ordered for my wife. She has been using it for several years and reports that it is working and her joints benefit from said use. She also said that she gets more pills than she uses between automatic pill shipments so she has a backlog stock. Calls to 1MD to correct the problem were ineffective. However the "how can I help you" service at their website did cure our problem.
