I love my hat, but the reason I gave it a three-star rating is that I paid $80. 00 for a hat that was sent in a plastic bag, the package was stuffed into the mailbox, and the front flap was a little bent. I've ordered a lot from you guys; this is my first complaint about the packaging. Please do better. I do intend to order again. Hope I can give you guys a better rating next time. Peggy Sarvis
