I need this dress for a wedding next week, and I’m worried it won’t arrive in time. The shipping takes quite awhile.

Customer service was incredible to work with. I had a mixed order of online and in person from shop. They helped me address the exchanges in sizing I needed from the different orders effortlessly.

It came on time and fit great! Didn’t have to pull it up all night and it was long enough that I could wear heels still!

I really needed a specific dress for a work vacation, and saw that my size was sold out(preorder for past my vacation) I contacted 12th Tribe on instagram and asked if they had any in stock in store, and they asked me what size. I then rethought “hmm, I’ve lost my weight. Better take measurements and see if they can give me a recommendation” and they gave me what size I would fit in the dress and how many they had in stock in store. They told me to respond with my order number after buying, so they can pack it up immediately. I gave them my order number and they sent me tracking almost within an hour!! They really rushed it. I have other occasions too where they’ve helped me and I just can’t explain how much good customer service is especially when you’re dealing with a clothing brand. Thank you 12th tribe for making sure I have a beautiful dress for my rooftop work dinner vacation. You guys are always quick to respond and help very much with sizing recommendations!

Looks as nice as on the web pictures. It’s made long but I’m 5’8 and it’s perfect with a small heel. Can’t wait to wear it during my vacation.
