A bunch of crooks. Sent damaged items and then refused to take them back. more worried about $700 than customer satisfaction. By the look of it, they need the $700 more than I do.

Ordered a DVR, credit card was immediately billed, not held, Shipping said 3-4 days. I emailed and Karen said next week I would get a tracking. Guess what next week is over and crickets. Waiting to hear the excuses for the lack of communication.

If you're not in a hurry, please order from them. Took exactly 1 month to get our order.

Ordered on 09/19 and shipped on 10/01. 12 days to get my equipment out the door, and nothing I ordered said "out of stock" or "backordered" and not one email letting me know my stuff was delayed. i don't mind waiting, but i need to know before i order! woman on the phone acted like i was bothering her by asking if my stuff had shipped yet.

These camera are so easy to set up. Battery power is excellent and will last for 5 to 6 months easily!!

They charged me $912 for returning unopened and unused product and took more than 4 weeks to process the refund, Amy Lokos has no idea what customer service means. Many people have the same complaint, check other reviews about this place.

I purchased an item that ended up not being the wrong fit. I contacted support who provided an RMA for a return and paid for the postage for the return. I then received the item back a week later with no explanation. When I reached out to the support team, I was told the item was rejected because it "wasn't new", however, I made it clear that it was opened when I requested a return which was authorized. So not only did I not receive a refund, but I also had to pay the postage for a return that resulted in the item being shipped back to me again. very disappointed in the outcome of this transaction.

Karen was such a pleasure to deal with. They so kindly donated 2 cameras to our non profit organization. I would highly recommend them!

I have to rescend my other review as I was wrong, in the stock when ordering I had placed it instead of letting Amy help me with it and I totally blamed her for the item not in stock after the fact and the return issue I had I actually caused when trying to consolidate and update my paypal and I blamed then for it which was wrong... I am here to make it right, I did speak with Karen and the bank and she was correct so I need to publicly apologize for blaming them... I would do business with them again, but let them take my order personally so I do not make the mistakes I did in this situation again lol... Karen thank you for looking into it and taking the time to talk to me to hear my apology, and Amy and I am sorry I had blamed you as well... Sometimes the buyer makes mistakes ;)

my cameras arrived and one of the sealed boxes was missing all the hardware.I called Jesse (my salesman) and he took care of the problem in a few minutes. great service,will be a return buyer..Scott

Awesome dome camera for the price. It looks great and can have a wide or narrow focus. It also has DSS though not in the specs. The smart IR works great and has 3 settings. The only issue I had though not really an issue is I had it mounter on a wall and not the celling and the IR seemed dim to me. As it says should go upto 60ft I was only around 12ft and I was a black shadow. It turns out the IR can be unplugged and removed or it can be flipped around depending on how you mount the camera. So that are on the bottom and the light is disbursed correctly. Once I flipped the IR it was great.
