Didn’t require much getting used to and were very playful

I’ve been trying to get my bindings for 1 month. I had specifically asked them to send the skis and bindings together, got the skis but somehow the bindings got lost. Tried reaching UPS and asked 1000skis for help and after more than a month the issue is still unresolved and I lost 300€. Overpriced skis that market themselves as sustainable but can’t even manage to ship one package instead of two. Terrible customer service experience. Thanks guys

Good, but unfortunately the superficial part it’s very easy to ruin when your skis touch each other. We all know about the crazy flex…I love my park ski (I’m 180cm and I got 178cm with centered mounted pivot bindings). They give me confidence and when I tried them for the first time I casually achieved lots of new tricks. I would love to try all the other models with differs setups as well. I have seen Alex Hackel hitting a rail with the carve model ahah. My ski is the most playful I could ask for: since I didn’t smooth my ski edges I have great grip while sportive carving down steep slopes. I used it off piste on powder snow as well and it’s incredibly smooth, it floats by itself with centered mounted bindings! Coming from edollos, honeybadgers and ARVs. They do take some time to get used to, but as soon as you get used to them, these are most definitely the easiest and most fun pair of Skis you can get. Theyre stable at speed, have such a crazy pop and have an incredibly low swing weight. The only downside is the durability it's not bad but could be a bit better since the topsheet chips easily. But theyll last you a season or two. Amazing ski, always getting a pair from now on!

Just received my 1000 Skis and I’m super impressed! Fast shipment, great packaging, and the skis look amazing. They feel strong and ready to carve. Now I’m counting down the days until the Australian snow season so I can take them to Falls Creek and see how they perform on the slopes. Can’t wait! 🎿❄️

Design & Silhouette : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ Very unique baggy yet not too oversized cut, it is something we've been searching for years between classic slim cut and baggy snow pants. The velcros on the end of leg are genius allowing kind of adjusting how these will fit. Overall, epic design. Material : ⭐ To be honest, at this price, Haglöfs PROOF™ are not the ideal material to use, even the most entré de gamme Haglöfs ski jackets are using now PROOF™ Pro with 20K waterproof. In use, these are not performing very well too, when heavy snow or great amount of humidity, these just get wet, a little bit too fast. Ecofriendly should not be a compromise of performance. Build Quality : ⭐⭐ After 38 days of ski days, some of the seams are staring to wear out, the internal heatpressed tape is peeling at the edges, and the fabrics at the bottom of the legs is heavily scratched. I am now kind of having doubts about the overall durability of these. Overall : ⭐⭐⭐ In general, some small pattern should be improved, for example, these jacket does not have lift pass pocket ! This is just hard to understand. Also the hood are a pinch too small for the helmets (yes I'm wearing L helmets). But I do love some other little paterns, such as mesh drop pockets and transceiver sleeve. What makes me a lit bit unhappy is that 1000Skis are not building these jackets and bibs on their own, but in collaboration with Haglöfs, a well experienced brand, so in my eyes, all these cons could have been avoided at the beginning with some advices and some serious try-on. I definitely love this set and will coutinue to wear them. This kit could have been legendary, but it's sad that it was held back by not-premium materials, sub-par wormanship, and a lack of attention to all the details.
