They sent me a completely
They sent me a completely different item than what I ordered. When I contacted them about it, their response was: “these are the colours we have now. ” Then why is there a different photo on your website? And why didn’t you notify me in advance or cancel the transaction? It took almost a week just to get a return label because the only way to initiate a return is by emailing their customer service and waiting for a response. I returned the item on the 8th and followed up about my refund, only to be told, “we did not receive anything, do you have a tracking number?” Seriously? You’re asking for the tracking number of a label you provided, which is right there in the email thread! To make matters worse, I checked with Royal Mail, and the package was delivered on the 11th. This has been, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this company. They are irresponsible, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing!
