Hi, I have sent 3 times emails to customer service regarding my refund. but I never gets any reply . I don’t know what’s going on? I have returned my order was on 22/12/24. it has been delivered to USA on 26/12/24. but until today I haven’t receive any information yet! 2 ct diamond arrived quickly and is visually nice. Is there no certificate stating dimensions, etc. It is really hard to get a setting made unless you have these specifications (without taking the stone to them)

It is fine. Box was nice but not protective by any means and the diamond sparkled.

I was really hoping Lightbox would come out with a 1 carat round white diamond pendant where the stone was in a setting rather than pierced. Lightbox finally came through! The stone is gorgeous. It sparkles and shines so much. Now i just hope that one day they'll start releasing even bigger stones with the same pricing scale! My ONLY complaint (and it's really subjective and not worth deducting a star) is that I'd rather have a basket setting that the chain is threaded through instead of a martini setting that is attached to the chain at 2 points. This would give me freedom to change the chain when I wanted to switch it up. 5 stars lightbox! You heard what people were wanting and gave it to them!

Just time for a quick review. 1 carat tw solitaire earrings arrived. The stones were beautiful. The box looked cheap. The 10k white gold Gave no options for screw backs. My wife would automatically want to change the setting which is not how I want a present to be. So I returned it. Light box should offer higher quality gold with more options on secure backing to the earrings. Honestly I’d have paid more to get a choice at platinum or 14/18k instead of just 10k.
