I had just got my equipment ready for my batch. I had gotten the upgraded valve which I assumed it was compatabile with the other racking arm which wasn't. So sadly I had to wait longer to get the extra parts which I didn't know I needed. Wish I was told that. But after buying the product I needed they made sure they got it to me as quick as they could. All the products though are amazing. They did start I wanted and more. Thank you all for a great product and hard working team

Spike came through again. Just received my new custom 20 gallon boil kettle and it’s amazing.

I chipped the edge of my 2" sight glass and contacted Spike if there was a replacement available. Within an hour or so I has an affirmative reply with a link to an invoice for the part. I ordered and it was shipped the same day. Great customer service!!

Spray ball arrived fast & worked great

Unfortunately my Flex fermenter was packaged without a racking arm. One email later and another was in the mail. It's too bad the shipping provider lost it in the mail - however, another email and yet another racking arm was in the mail, no questions asked. Would order from Spike again!

I purchased the CF10 conical with ALL the options. Its a piece of artwork, it is beautifully finished (like a mirror) inside and out. It is a solid piece of equipment that screams quality, I couldn't be happier!

Seemed like an extravagant piece ot expensive equipment that I was not sure I could justify, but I really wanted to graduate from plastic fermenters. So, I took the SS conical leap and saved up for the CF5. First beer in the CF5 was a Oatmeal Stout fermented with WLP004 Irish yeast, and the CF5 held the spunding limited 10 PSI like a champ. The resulting beer was the smoothest and cleanest stout I have ever had--a very noticeable difference to me. Second batch was a Pumpkin Ale with WLP002--same smooth/clean taste, but without scrubbing any of the English ale accents. So, for me, fermenting under pressure is a real and tangible difference. But, I *love* transferring under pressure to a corny keg in 2-3 minutes--easy, simple and effective without O2 exposure. Cleanup afterwards is simple and easy. While I wish there was some kind of clear window to peer into the fermenter when it's bubbling away, I am never going back to plastic and will likely add another CF5 or Flex+ soon to round things out. Love the CF5--highly recommended!!

The disconnect fittings are the best. We now have about 20 of them on different lengths of hoses that get moved around a lot while brewing. Solid and reliable. Order was shipped and received promptly which with the pandemic that’s not always the case. Good folks to do business with.

Fast response

Brewed a fantastic Oktoberfest (yes, I'm from Munich) and managed a complicated fermentation temperature schedule which would have been impossible without the SB Conical with cooling coil. Thanks Spike Brewing! Wolfgang
