bike is built poorly gears skip constantly and the crank makes a clunk noise which i presume is badly fitted bearings. obviously not tested prior to despatch apparently built by qualified NVQ staff ?????

Right price, good packaging for transit, quick delivery, helpful on the phone. The bike setup was easy enough but the written instructions for adjusting the dropper post and its remote lever, and for tightening the front end play on this model, could have been clearer.
