Pleasantly surprised! I had already been off birth control about a year and a half when I decided to take these, in hopes of getting rid of lingering symptoms from getting off BC. I was on for 8 years so I bought 4 boxes and when I finished I noticed my hormonal breakouts are MUCH less if at all, and I just feel overall more cleansed. I def think this made a difference, way more than anything else I took!
