Promo code samsclub didn't work correctly

I enjoy the clean taste of the 4D drink mix.

I paid $4.90 for shipping on January 30, 2023. I received an email notifying me that it shipped on February 3, 2023 along with a tracking number. Subsequent attempts to track the package show 'Not Trackable' on the USPS website. Never got it.

I love 4D. I just can't pay the online prices. I get them from Sam's Club mostly. But when 4D has a sale and they are the same price as Sam's Club, I stock up. $45-$50 is too high for 25 of them.
