Shipping took a long time, and I wasn’t notified of any back order until I contacted support.

Love the product. My order did take a while to get to me but I did order during a big sale so understandable.

Didn’t ship until I emailed a week after my order. I asked to cancel my order - instead the response was, they shipped! (Order was shipped that day, no coincidence it was when my email was received). No response with apology on delay or anything and ignored my cancel request. Said I was frustrated I paid $10 to ship with such a bad experience and no response.
