Solid shoes, true to size and exactly what I was looking for! Though I wish the leather didn’t crease as easily, but just extra care will solve that concern.

My Koio Capris arrived today. I dig them! They’re very comfortable and look great! I would like to thank the customer service team that worked with me when the first pair went missing. Not sure if it was a shipping issue or someone outright stole them. ☹️ Nevertheless, the Koio customer service team worked with me and now I can enjoy the shoes. I will definitely be ordering more from Koio in the future.

I've always loved these shoes but when the style I was craving didn't fit my foot, the sales associate got creative and found the perfect pair that I love even more.

I changed out the insole for one with more arch support and they are pretty comfortable for all day wear

And so, I was looking for summer sneakers that were unique and top shelf. I saw Koio's ad on IG and was smitten. I ordered the olive green Capri and was super excited to receive my new kicks. When they arrived they were clearly not size 11USD I'd ordered. I called customer service and they discovered that I had placed my order from the women's section of the website and selected the incorrect size. They placed a replacement order for me which I received before I had returned my original shipment! NOW, that's customer service!!!! Koio, is awesome! Boom!

The classic penny loafers in an Italian leather formulation is brilliant. They are simple and just sturdy enough to mold to your feet quickly. They will be my back to the classics shoe for 2022 - 2023.

Very clean silhouette and stylish shoes. First pair ordered online was a bit big, I wear 9 and it felt a bit loose. Second pair I went to the store to try it and i had to size down to a 8 (41 euro) and it was perfect. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, great versatile Capri- dress up or down, pants or shorts they still look and feel amazing.

These shoes are so soft and comfortable right out of the box. Great quality for a great price. Classic yet fashionable. I love them!
